LTL Services Representative

About the role

The LTL Services Representative plays a crucial role in supporting Priority1's mission to manage customer transportation spend accurately and efficiently. This position is vital for ensuring that invoices are processed promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Contact carriers when invoices are not received
• Match invoices to shipments when reference number is missing on carrier invoice
• Upload documents including Bill of Lading, Proof of Delivery, and Inspection Certificates
• Audit, dispute, and resolve LTL carrier invoices
• Other duties or responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
• Skilled in both verbal and written communication
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Customer-first mentality
• Customer service experience
• LTL invoicing audit experience preferred
• LTL experience preferred
