Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential customers for LTL freight services
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Prepare and present sales proposals and pricing quotes to customers
- Achieve and exceed sales objectives by implementing effective sales strategies
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely deliveries
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Monitor competitors and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in freight sales or logistics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Preferred Requirements
- Experience with LTL freight pricing and tariff structures
- Familiarity with transportation regulations and compliance
- Existing customer portfolio in the logistics sector
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
