Responsibilities
- Maintain all documents and data using multiple computer systems.
- Work with data daily to ensure accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Provide critical capacity support for daily operations and extended weekend production shifts.
- Process manufacturing orders for the Madison plant.
- Process daily production labor records, including auditing operator-entered data, calculating earned hours from labor forms, and entering data into UKG/AS400.
- Complete daily production performance audits to identify production staff punching errors and standard labor entry discrepancies.
- Answer the Madison Plant’s main telephone lines.
- Relay messages, page personnel, make informational and emergency announcements as needed.
- Print all forms, documents, receiving notices, labels, and summaries as directed.
- Print, sort, and distribute OT bonus cards when requested.
- Complete and maintain all daily, weekly, and monthly required paperwork.
- Maintain office supplies used in the Madison plant by both Production and General staff personnel.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
