Factory Assistant - Industrial Printing

Key Responsibilities

• Provide essential production support by assisting press operators with machine setup, startup, and material loading.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety through routine cleaning of the printing press and ink systems.
• Monitor production flow and learn technical troubleshooting skills.
• Work closely with experienced operators and production personnel to develop technical manufacturing skills.

What We Are Looking For

• A positive attitude, reliable, and strong work ethic
• A strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn technical skills
• An attention to detail with good eyesight and ability to distinguish colors and fine details
• A physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform manual tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Spanish/English bilingual helpful, but not required
