Print Shop Assistant

Position Summary

The Printing Services/Mail Room Specialist will have responsibility for processing all incoming and outgoing mail for Licking Memorial Health Systems.

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming and outgoing mail for Licking Memorial Health Systems.
• Operate software/equipment to prepare bulk mailings, including the operation of mail inserter, labeling, and postage machinery.
• Collaborate with the Printing Services Supervisor to assist in printing, folding, cutting, and laminating projects.
• Conduct mail deliveries throughout the Hospital, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
• Absorb and assist Hospital Staff with project and mailing needs, providing support and guidance as required.
• Perform data collection and reporting related to mail services and printing projects.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing mail and printing projects.
• Effective communication skills to assist and collaborate with Hospital Staff.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High competency with Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• The ability to learn to use new software and equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
