Responsibilities

• Run mold press independently while maintaining rate and quality throughout the production run.
• Run related secondary equipment when applicable.
• Understand and use blueprints, engineering specifications, work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required by the production run.
• Understand and operate all equipment controls and operator interfaces.
• Maintain accurate written records and keep appropriate documentation following Cirtec Good Documentation Procedures (GDP).
• Communicate with supervisors, leads, set-up technicians and quality assurance.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment by 5S standards.
• Execute the line clearance procedures per standard.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience and/or training.
• Must be able to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to add and subtract five (5) digit numbers.
• Ability to understand and carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) and ability to learn IQMS manufacturing software.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Pay

$19.00 - $25.84 / hour
