Responsibilities
- Run mold press independently while maintaining rate and quality throughout the production run.
- Run related secondary equipment when applicable.
- Understand and use blueprints, engineering specifications, work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as required by the production run.
- Understand and operate all equipment controls and operator interfaces.
- Maintain accurate written records and keep appropriate documentation following Cirtec Good Documentation Procedures (GDP).
- Communicate with supervisors, leads, set-up technicians and quality assurance.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment by 5S standards.
- Execute the line clearance procedures per standard.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience and/or training.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Ability to add and subtract five (5) digit numbers.
- Ability to understand and carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel) and ability to learn IQMS manufacturing software.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Pay
$19.00 - $25.84 / hour
