LSR Business Analyst (Legacy Systems Replacement Business Analyst)

About the role

A remote position is available for a Business Analyst to support the Legacy Systems Replacement project.

Responsibilities

• Define and document business requirements
• Work closely with business leads, SMEs, and domain experts
• Draw upon the expertise of SMEs and domain experts as necessary
• Solve complex problems analytically
• Do research and work with subject matter experts where necessary
• Communicate findings to team and stakeholders
• Maintain and update documentation of data transformations and data cleansing business rules
• Raise and discuss risks or issues to the project

Requirements

• Five or more years of business analysis experience in large enterprise integration projects
• Experience defining business requirements and integration for a software project (e.g. process maps, use cases, etc.)
• Ability to solve complex problems analytically
• Strong communication skills, including frequent updates to team and stakeholders
• Experience in the Filevine products implemented and/or SAIF legacy systems within scope of the project

Skills

• Knowledge of the workers compensation domain
• Experience with Filevine products
• Experience with SAIF legacy systems
