Professional Surveyor (Pennsylvania) A growing multidisciplinary engineering and surveying consulting firm is seeking a Professional Surveyor to join its team in Pennsylvania. This opportunity offers the chance to work on a variety of transportation, infrastructure, land development, and public sector projects while supporting survey operations and mentoring junior staff. Responsibilities Perform surveying assignments requiring a strong understanding of surveying principles and professional judgment.Work closely with survey leadership to deliver projects accurately and efficiently.Establish property boundaries and right-of-way lines using field data and public records.Develop mapping and survey deliverables to support engineering and construction projects.Prepare and certify plats, maps, legal descriptions, reports, and exhibits.Mentor and assist office and field survey personnel.Ensure compliance with all company safety procedures and project requirements.Support additional survey-related responsibilities as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mapping, Geomatics, or a related field preferred.Pennsylvania Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required or ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Professional Surveyor.Experience with boundary surveys, right-of-way mapping, and survey project coordination.Proficiency with survey and mapping software such as Civil 3D and modern survey equipment preferred.Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project and construction sites as needed.
