LSIT/ PLS/ PM | Pittsburgh, PA (remote)

Responsibilities

• Perform surveying assignments requiring a strong understanding of surveying principles and professional judgment.
• Work closely with survey leadership to deliver projects accurately and efficiently.
• Establish property boundaries and right-of-way lines using field data and public records.
• Develop mapping and survey deliverables to support engineering and construction projects.
• Prepare and certify plats, maps, legal descriptions, reports, and exhibits.
• Mentor and assist office and field survey personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all company safety procedures and project requirements.
• Support additional survey-related responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mapping, Geomatics, or a related field preferred.
• Pennsylvania Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required or ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Professional Surveyor.
• Experience with boundary surveys, right-of-way mapping, and survey project coordination.
• Proficiency with survey and mapping software such as Civil 3D and modern survey equipment preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project and construction sites as needed.
