About the role
Seeking LPNs with pediatric nursing experience, particularly in tracheostomy and ventilator care. Positions available for day shift and night shifts.
Responsibilities
- Assist with patient care including administering medications and treatments
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as an LPN in the state of Ohio
- At least 1 year of recent pediatric nursing experience
- Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using medical equipment and technology
Skills
