About the role
Provide care to pediatric patients requiring tracheostomy and mechanical ventilation in multiple shifts across the West Cleveland area.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician’s orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes
- Assist with tracheostomy care and ventilator management
- Document patient progress and treatment administration accurately
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current Ohio RN license
- Experience with tracheostomy and mechanical ventilation preferred
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills for documentation
