Role Overview Provides patient care with accountability for personal actions under supervision, fostering a caring relationship that promotes health, healing, and respects patient autonomy, dignity, and rights. Performs additional duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities Collects and documents patient data.Assists in planning and implementing patient care.Evaluates the effectiveness of care plans.Administers prescribed medications.Provides patient and group education.Participates in initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery.Engages in ongoing professional development.Completes assigned goals effectively. Qualifications & Skills Experience: Minimum required and preferred/desired levels.Education: Minimum required and preferred/desired levels.Training: Minimum required and preferred/desired levels.Skills: Computer literacy (minimum required), with additional preferred skills.Licensure: BLS certification within 14 days of hire; Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
