About the role

Provides licensed practical nurse (LPN) services in accordance with the Oklahoma Nurse Practice Act, supporting patient care through clinical duties and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and follow patient care plans.
• Administer medications safely and accurately.
• Maintain exam rooms and work environment.
• Document nursing activities and patient interactions.
• Assist with patient care and monitor during procedures.
• Support training of staff and assist departmental colleagues with clinical matters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with completion of a vocational LPN program.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in clinical, physician-office, emergency room, or hospital settings; clerical experience is a plus.
• Meeting experience and education requirements can be through an equivalent combination.

Licensing & Certification

• Valid LPN license from the state or multistate license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, maintained throughout employment.

Pay

Hourly wage ranging from $18.80 to $30.71 based on experience.
