About the role
Provides licensed practical nurse (LPN) services in accordance with the Oklahoma Nurse Practice Act, supporting patient care through clinical duties and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and follow patient care plans.
- Administer medications safely and accurately.
- Maintain exam rooms and work environment.
- Document nursing activities and patient interactions.
- Assist with patient care and monitor during procedures.
- Support training of staff and assist departmental colleagues with clinical matters.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, with completion of a vocational LPN program.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in clinical, physician-office, emergency room, or hospital settings; clerical experience is a plus.
- Meeting experience and education requirements can be through an equivalent combination.
Licensing & Certification
- Valid LPN license from the state or multistate license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, maintained throughout employment.

Pay
Hourly wage ranging from $18.80 to $30.71 based on experience.
