Role Overview
This position involves performing duties as a licensed practical nurse (LPN), including developing and implementing patient care plans, administering medication safely, and documenting care activities. The role also includes maintaining clinical environments, assisting with patient care during procedures, and supporting staff training and departmental tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent plus completion of an LPN vocational program
- Preferred 1-2 years of experience in clinical, physician-office, emergency room, or hospital settings; office clerical experience is a plus
- Current Oklahoma or Multistate LPN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, maintained throughout employment
Skills & Responsibilities
- Accurate medication administration and thorough documentation
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Assisting with patient care and monitoring during procedures
- Supporting training of staff and clinical operations
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate ranging from $18.80 to $30.71 based on experience
