About the role
The Willows/Arbor at the Kroontje Health Care Center at Warm Hearth Village is seeking a compassionate and service-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. This position is part of our Nursing Department and plays a crucial role in fulfilling our mission of fostering a person-centered approach to aging in an inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities for residents
- Administer medications and monitor resident health
- Document resident care in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Ensure cleanliness and safety of living areas
Requirements
- A valid LPN license in good standing from the Virginia State Board of Nursing
- One to three years of previous experience in Assisted Living or a long-term care setting preferred but not required

Salary is competitive and based on experience.
Schedule
Full Time position available on the following shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm (3 - 12 hour shifts) with every other weekend shifts.
