LPN RN 6:00PM-6:30AM Kroontje - Cove - Full-Time Night Shift

About the role

The Cove at the Kroontje Health Care Center at Warm Hearth Village is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join their dedicated team. The position offers a competitive salary and access to amenities like a state-of-the-art fitness center and saltwater pool.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort through attentive observation and communication.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

• A valid LPN or RN license in good standing from the Virginia State Board of Nursing.
• One to three years of previous experience in a long-term care setting is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Compassion and a service-oriented attitude.
• Dynamic team player with a positive outlook.
• Experience with geriatric care is beneficial but not mandatory.

Benefits

• Sign-on bonus of $7,500 for full-time RNs and $5,000 for full-time LPNs.

Pay

Starting range is $24.00 - $29.00 per hour.

Schedule

Shifts are 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, with 3/12 hour shifts including every other weekend.
