About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing private duty care with a focus on trach and ventilator patients.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Deliver skilled nursing services per prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes.
Schedule
- Work three 12-hour night shifts on weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Ensure consistent weekend coverage.
- Weekdays off.

Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN license.
- TB or Chest X-Ray clearance.
- BLS certification.
- Preferred one year of experience.
