Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Preferred 1+ year of relevant experience

Key Duties
- Deliver care to adult and pediatric patients in their homes
- Manage medication administration and documentation
- Monitor and report changes in patient health status
