LPN Weekend Shifts
Forest Manor Healthcare Center is looking for a NJ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our facility’s compassionate care-giving team. Part-time positions are available on all shifts for weekends: 7-3, 3-11, and 11-7 (16-hour shifts). Shift differentials and sign-on bonuses are offered.
About the role
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide clinical care in accordance with applicable federal and state regulations, facility policies and procedures, and the care plan. Responsibilities include administering medication and treatments with accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation.

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care in compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
- Administer medication and treatments accurately and promptly
- Document care and treatments thoroughly
- Follow the established care plan for residents
Requirements
- Current NJ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Sign-on bonus: $5,000 for full-time LPNs, $2,500 for part-time and per diem LPNs
Schedule
- Part-time, weekend shifts (16 hours)
- Available shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
