About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Utica, NY. This is a 13-week contract opportunity with consistent night shifts and guaranteed hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in a Long-Term Care setting.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to RN/Physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using EMR (PointClick Care).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Float within the facility as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of LTC experience.
• Active New York LPN License.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Experience with PointClick Care (EMR).
• NURSYS Report for license verification.
• Valid Driver's License (address must match profile).

Skills

• Matching specialty travel experience (if applicable).

Benefits

Local candidates accepted (within 75 miles). Floating is required within the same building. On-call: Not required.

Pay

Overtime Policy: Daily overtime after 24 hours (based on multiplier), Weekly overtime after 48 hours (based on multiplier).

Schedule

8-Hour Nights (10:30 PM - 6:30 AM)
