About the role
The role is for a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room in Boston, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons.
- Assist with preoperative and postoperative care of patients.
- Ensure sterile technique and adherence to hospital policies and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with other healthcare team members.
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- At least one year of operating room nursing experience.
- Experience with anesthesia management and surgical procedures.
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam.
- Knowledge of infection control practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Skills
- Proficient in operating room equipment.
