Responsibilities
- Contributes to the assessment/re-assessment of patients
- Participates in the development, implementation and evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions
- Maintains accurate records and documentation
- Makes rounds to monitor patients’ conditions
- Monitors for signs and symptoms related to abnormal lab values, and deviations from baseline assessments
- Reports changes in patient status to the physician and initiates any new orders from the physician as directed
- Promotes patient satisfaction and ensures patient confidentiality at all times
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state
- BLS (Basic Life Support) issued by American Red Cross or American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal/written)

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
