Part-Time LPN Supervisor
Afternoons
St. Joseph Village – Ypsilanti, MI
Schedule & Training
- Part-time: 16 hours every other weekend (afternoons/evenings) with on-call rotations
- Initial onboarding: 3 days per week for 3 weeks

- Lead and support nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care
- Monitor resident conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with the care team
- Promote a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Mentor and develop team members, helping them grow professionally
- Oversee daily operations, including staffing coordination and regulatory compliance
What You Bring
- Current Michigan LPN license
- At least 2 years of nursing experience, including 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
