LPN Supervisor

We are seeking a full-time LPN Supervisor to oversee nursing staff in an adult women's residential addiction treatment program. The role involves supervising LPNs and Medical Assistants, assessing and monitoring clients' medical, psychiatric, and recovery needs, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules, conducting supervision and staff meetings, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. The position requires providing direct nursing care, developing care plans, managing special programs like medication management, and promoting health and wellness education. Candidates must have at least three years of Virginia LPN licensure, two years of addiction/psychiatric nursing experience, and supervisory skills. Skills include patient assessment, documentation, communication, and organizational management. The work environment involves exposure to infectious diseases, with scheduled evening shifts and potential weekend coverage.
