LPN Supervisor 7pm - 7am Overnight (Wednesday)

About the role

The Bristal Assisted Living seeks a compassionate and dedicated LPN Supervisor to lead and support a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, mentor, and nurture a team of nurses, HHA's, resident care aides, and medication technicians in the Wellness/Resident Services Center.
• Act as the shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, providing care and assistance to residents in managing ADLs and administering medications.
• Carefully lead the team in ensuring the safety and well-being of residents.
• Follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to the instructions of the Director of Wellness.
• Supervise staff and ensure adherence to medical orders and MAR’s.

Requirements

• Staff supervisory and medication oversight experience, preferably in an assisted living, nursing home, or similar environment.
• An active LPN certification.
• A genuine desire to improve the quality of life of residents.
• Experience assisting those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus.
• Caring, reliable, and observant nature.
• Understanding of MAR’s and doctors' orders.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, with rotating shifts to accommodate the needs of the residents.
