Shift Availability
- Full-time / DAY Shift: 6:30a.m. - 7:00p.m. (3-12 hour shifts w/weekend rotation)
- Full-time / NIGHT Shift: 6:30p.m. - 7:00a.m. (3-12 hour shifts w/weekend rotation)
Hourly Rates
Calculated based off years of nursing experience:
- $30 - $33/hour
What You'll Do
Monitor patient health and administer basic care utilizing the nursing process within the LPN/LVN scope of practice in carrying out care plan objectives and goals.
- Role model expectations related to customer service and demonstrates a sense of urgency related to the importance of patient safety.
- Collaborate with others to ensure that patients’ physical, biopsychosocial, age, developmental and cultural needs are met and when they are not met, acknowledges and works to resolve customer complaints.
- Provide for the basic comfort of patient, implement nursing interventions identified in the plan of care that is individualized to their needs.
- Apply appropriate interventions to progress the patient towards wellness and address maintenance of wellness.
What You Bring
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current, unrestricted LPN license (or eligibility to practice) in the state of employment.
- At least one year of nursing experience; behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance use treatment experience strongly preferred.
- Current CPR certification and willingness to complete de‑escalation and restraint training (provided upon hire, if needed).
- First Aid certification, as required by state or facility guidelines.
- Strong clinical judgment, attention to documentation, and the ability to remain calm and therapeutic in behavioral health settings.
