LPN SNF & LTC

Reliable candidate needed for contract position in Rio Rancho, NM.

About the role

Working in an in-office setting, this position requires a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with skills in Long Term Care Services (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), and Local Office (LOCAL ONLY).

Responsibilities

• Must be credentialed and ready to work.
• Knowledge of PCC, MAR, and TAR required.
• No history of NCNS and no history of frequent call-outs.
• Work on skilled patients on Mondays and Tuesdays, and work in LTC on Thursdays.
• Shift is from 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Day Shift.
• Will work alongside a medical technician and another nurse.
• Good communication and POC (Patient-Centered Orientation) knowledge are essential.

Requirements

Must have a current license as an LPN.

Qualifications

Experience in LTC, SNF, and LOCAL ONLY settings preferred.
