LPN Shift Supv - Sunday and Monday - 3pm to 11pm

Responsibilities

• Oversee, mentor and nurture a team of nurses, HHA's, resident care aides and medication technicians in the busy Wellness/Resident Services Center of our luxury assisted living community.
• Act as the shift supervisor in the absence of the Director, providing caring and attentive help to residents in managing their activities of daily living (ADLs) and in the administration of their medications.
• Lead the team in caring for residents with skill and genuine kindness.
• Ensure the care and safety of residents who choose to call The Bristal home.
• Bring loving care and professionalism to services, fundamental to residents’ quality of life and general wellbeing.
• Follow all policies and procedures and adhere to the instructions of the Director of Wellness.

Requirements

• Have staff supervisory and medication oversight experience, preferably in an assisted living, nursing home or similar environment.
• Hold an active LPN certification and be driven by a genuine desire to improve the quality of life of residents.
• Experience assisting those with Alzheimer's disease and dementia is a plus.
• Be caring, reliable and observant with an understanding of MAR’s and doctors' orders.
• Excel in prioritizing, multi‑tasking and working independently.
