Lindner Residences, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and service to our residents. You will be the leader of a shift team, responsible for supervising Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide direct care to residents. Your duties will include: Supervising and coordinating the work of LPNs and CNAs to ensure efficient and effective delivery of careConducting daily rounds to ensure resident care is being provided in accordance with established protocolsIdentifying and addressing resident needs, concerns, and complaintsMaintaining accurate records and reports of resident care and serviceParticipating in Quality Improvement initiatives to ensure continuous improvement of care and servicesCollaborating with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and communicationWith every step, you’ll find our Long Island assisted living community luxurious and elegant.
