LPN - School Nurse - Full-Time

About the role

The role involves providing one-on-one nursing care to students with medical needs in a school setting, including managing conditions such as trach, vent, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring, diabetic care, and personal care. The nurse may also ride the bus with the patient.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care tailored to each student's medical needs
• Support transportation to and from school if required

Requirements

• Current LPN/LVN licensure in the practicing state
• Valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, and BLS card
• Preferably at least one year of LVN/LPN experience
