About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing in-home care for Pediatric and Adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs and symptoms to identify physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting diagnoses accurately.
Qualifications
- Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferably at least one year of professional nursing experience.
