About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing in-home and school-based care for Pediatric and Adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver skilled nursing services per prescribed orders.
- Monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting diagnoses and patient status.
Qualifications
- Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferred: one year of professional nursing experience.
Skills
- Strong assessment abilities.
- Adherence to medical orders.
- Documentation.
- Capacity to identify patient condition changes.
- Competence in providing compassionate, skilled nursing care in diverse settings.
