Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess patient needs, providing optimal care and guidance.
- Observe and interpret patient symptoms, effectively communicating with physicians.
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses to create personalized care plans.
- Perform routine procedures and maintain accurate patient charts.
- Administer medication and treatments in line with physician orders.

Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in the State of Georgia.
- Prior working experience in a rehabilitation center or nursing home setting.
- Ability to give direction and motivate a team.
