LPN/RN Supervisor for the Night Shift, responsible for leading clinical care on the skilled nursing unit.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing staff and ensure the delivery of resident care.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
- Maintain precise documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Respond to changes in resident conditions promptly.
- Collaborate with physicians and families to support resident needs.
- Promote a safe, compassionate environment for residents and staff.
- Mentor nursing staff and support quality improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to achieving optimal resident outcomes overnight.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current LPN or RN license.
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
- Ability to respond effectively to resident needs and changes.
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing healthcare.
