Night Shift LPN/RN Supervisor in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee nursing staff during the night shift.
- Coordinate and prioritize resident care in alignment with care plans and regulatory standards.
- Administer medications, conduct assessments, and manage incidents.
- Supervise CNAs and nursing staff to ensure safety and quality outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and support family communication.
- Mentor and support staff to foster a resident‑centered, compassionate environment focused on continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
- Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred.
- Leadership ability, clinical expertise, and strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of care coordination, medication administration, and regulatory standards.
