LPN/RN Private Duty LPN/RN - All Shifts (Children and Young Adults)

About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, in-home nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes
• Assist with daily living needs in accordance with the care plan
• Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and families

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license (state required)
• Dependable, compassionate, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working independently in a home setting
• Strong communication and observational skills
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Experience providing one-on-one pediatric nursing care in home settings is a plus
• Ability to administer medications and monitor changes in patient condition is a plus
• Experience partnering with families and care teams is a plus
