Job Summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses and Licensed Practical Nurses for positions in North Jacksonville, FL. Pay range: $25/hr - $34/hr.

About the Role

Angels of Care has been providing care to medically fragile communities since 2000, emphasizing values such as Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed. As a nurse here, you'll provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes, following the active plan of care from physicians and other personnel.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care.
• Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Provide health promotion and teaching.
• Train family members.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LPN in the state of Florida.
• Current Cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification (CPR).
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Experience providing care in various client home settings.
• Ability to make a positive and lasting first impression.
• Physical ability to walk, lift, bend, kneel, see, hear, and speak clearly.
