LPN - Pediatric Medical Daycare

Job Summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for its Port Saint Lucie, FL PPEC centers. Pay Range: $25-$28/hr.

About the Role

Nurses here provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes, working flexible and predictable schedules with full clinical support.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care.
• Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Provide health promotion and teaching.
• Train family members.

Qualifications

• Licensed as an LPN in the state of Florida.
• Current Cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification (CPR).
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Experience providing care in various client home settings.
• Ability to make a positive and lasting first impression.
• Physical ability to walk, lift, bend, kneel, see, hear, and speak clearly.
