LPN / RN - Nurse

Responsibilities

• Oversee and deliver resident care in Skilled Nursing and Memory Care units.
• Coordinate nursing floor operations in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Administer medications, treatments, and provide direct care according to care plans.
• Maintain monitoring of residents' conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
• Support residents' overall well-being and comfort overnight.
• Accurately document care using electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with other departments and communicate effectively with families.

Requirements

• Current Ohio RN or LPN license.
• Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in senior living or hospital care.
• Understanding of rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; EMR experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
