About the role

We are seeking an LPN Nurse for our Family Centered Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF). This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a family-oriented environment where you can make a significant impact on the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic care to residents using comprehensive nursing tools
• Build strong relationships with residents and their families
• Participate in a supportive team environment
• Work in a night shift schedule

Requirements

• Maintain a current unencumbered LPN license in the State of Missouri
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduation from an accredited LPN program
• Current CPR certification
