LPN/RN (Night Shift)

About the role

Join our team at Capitol River Wellness & Rehabilitation as a Charge Nurse (LPN or RN) on night shifts. This is a stable, well-supported position where you can lead with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor as a Charge Nurse on night shift
• Provide high-quality care in a skilled nursing / rehab setting
• Administer medications and treatments
• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Monitor residents and respond to condition changes
• Communicate with physicians, families, and care team
• Ensure accurate charting and compliance

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license (Missouri)
• CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, team-oriented mindset
