• Must hold a current Michigan LPN or RN license

Key Responsibilities

• Resident ADL Support — Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence
• Care Plan Management — Identify changes, update plans, reassess residents
• Clinical Reporting — Provide daily updates to Director of Health Services
• Nursing Care Delivery — Administer care per physician orders
• Interdisciplinary Coordination — Ensure preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services

Schedule

Part-time, every other weekend, 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM).

Location
