LPN/RN Homecare (Children and Young Adults)

About the role

One-on-one nursing care for pediatric and young adult patients at home. No hospital politics, no patient ratios—just you, your patient, and their family.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care in a home setting
• Administer medications and monitor changes in patient condition
• Perform clinical observation and documentation
• Support children, young adults, and families in a care setting

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license in the practicing state
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Experience working independently in a one-on-one home care setting is a plus
• Experience with clinical observation and documentation is a plus
• Experience supporting children, young adults, and families in a care setting is a plus

Schedule

• Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN shifts available
• Structured shift options to fit your life
• Immediate shifts available; can start working within 24-48 hours of interview
