Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs
• Build genuine relationships with patients and their families
• Support children as they grow and thrive in their home environment

Requirements

• Current and active LPN or RN license
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required (hands-on training provided)
• Passion for patient-centered care
