As a Phoenix Private Duty Nurse, you'll provide individualized, one-on-one care to pediatric and young adult patients in their homes. Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, one-on-one nursing care to pediatric and young adult patients in home settings
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and families
• Support families and celebrate patient milestones
• Become a trusted part of the patient's support system
• Deliver skilled and compassionate care

Requirements

• Current and active LPN or RN license
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – training provided
• Passion for patient‑centered care
