About the role

As a Phoenix Private Duty Nurse, you'll provide individualized, one-on-one care to pediatric and young adult patients in their homes. You'll build meaningful relationships, support families, celebrate milestones, and make a lasting difference—one visit at a time. Your care helps children and young adults with complex medical needs remain at home, surrounded by the people who love them, making you a trusted part of their support system while delivering skilled and compassionate care. Hands‑on training is provided whether you're experienced in pediatrics or new to the specialty, and full‑time and part‑time nurses are eligible for an Annual Stay Bonus as a thank‑you for your commitment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Current and active LPN or RN license
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required – training provided
