Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful one-on-one care, focusing compassion on one patient at a time.
• Deliver specialized, purpose-driven skilled nursing care to children and young adults with complex medical needs.
• Build genuine, long-term relationships with patients and their families, becoming a trusted partner in their care journey.
• Help families thrive at home by enabling children to remain surrounded by their familiar people, routines, and environment.

Requirements

• Current and active LPN or RN license.
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Passion for patient-centered care.

Pay

• Weekday Overnights: +$3/hour.
• Weekend Days: +$4/hour.
• Weekend Overnights: +$5/hour.
