About the Role
Join Phoenix Home Care & Hospice as a Pediatric Home Care Nurse (LPN or RN) in Granby, MO. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide one-on-one care in a focused environment, allowing you to build deep connections with patients and their families. You'll deliver expert, specialized care to children and young adults with complex medical needs, helping them thrive in the comfort of their own homes.
Shift differentials apply:
- Weekday Overnights: +$2/hour
- Weekend Days: +$3/hour
- Weekend Overnights: +$4/hour
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care for pediatric patients with complex medical needs in a home setting.
- Build genuine relationships with patients and their families, becoming a trusted partner in their care.
- Deliver patient-centered care that allows families to stay together and patients to thrive at home.
Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Pediatric experience is a plus but not required—specialized training will be provided.
- A passion for patient-centered care and a desire to make a visible impact.
