About the role

We provide exceptional one-on-one care to pediatric and young adult patients in the comfort of their homes. This purpose-driven nursing role focuses on building relationships and making a visible impact through compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care for pediatric and young adult patients at home

Requirements

• Current and active LPN or RN license
• Pediatric experience preferred, but not required (training provided)
• Passion for patient-centered care
