LPN Residential Supervisor

Responsibilities

Maintain positive working relationships with all levels of Acme Team members.

Maintain accurate records of doctor appointments, implement physician-ordered treatment plans.

Participate in the on-call rotation.

Working knowledge of Emergency Procedures.

Know and understand all documentation.

Know and understand all behavior plans.

Deals with common problems that arise during working hours while on shift.

Performs house office tasks and supervisory level documentations assigned by the supervisor.

Other related tasks as per ODP compliance.

Requirements

• Have a valid Driver's License.
• Must pass required Clearances / Criminal Background Checks.
• Must completed initial orientation training and Program Specialist orientation.
• Must have a Physical and TB test completed upon hire.
• A current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.

Pay

$X per hour or $Y per week, depending on experience and qualifications.
